Shipping & pickup

We ship to Luxembourg and several European Union countries with DPD or POST Luxembourg, with a tracking number. You can also collect your order free of charge at our shop in Gasperich.

Shipping rates (incl. VAT)

• Free delivery in Luxembourg from €200.
• In-store pickup: free. Your order is usually ready within 24 hours after confirmation; we let you know by email.
• The exact cost is calculated by country and weight and shown before you confirm your order.
• Parcels over 30 kg or delivery to another country: please contact us before ordering.

Lead times

We prepare your order as soon as your payment reaches us, usually within 1 to 3 working days. Indicative transit times: 1 to 3 working days in Luxembourg, 2 to 6 working days to other countries. If an item has to be ordered from our supplier, we tell you the lead time by email before you pay. Unless agreed otherwise, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Payment and dispatch

Online card payment is not available yet. After your order, we email you the invoice with our bank details and the reference to quote. We ship as soon as the transfer reaches us. For in-store pickup you can also pay at the shop (card or cash). Step by step: How to order & pay.

Out of stock

If an item is no longer available after you order, we contact you by email and offer an equivalent item or a full refund.

On delivery

Check your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged or something is missing, note it with the carrier if possible and email us quickly at info@degrengeleiw.lu with photos.
