How to Order & Pay — Commander et payer

Card payment is temporarily unavailable on our website — so we handle every order personally. You place the order, we confirm it and send you an invoice with everything on it. Nothing is charged automatically, and nothing is due before you have the invoice in hand.

How it works

You place your order on the site as usual, or by phone or e-mail. No payment is taken at this stage.

We confirm it — we check availability, work out the best way to get it to you, and come back to you.

We send you the invoice, with the full amount, the delivery cost, our bank details and your order reference. Everything you need to pay, in one document.

You pay by bank transfer, with a gift card, or in store — whichever suits you.

We prepare and ship as soon as the payment reaches us, or we set a date for collection.

Our bank details are on your invoice, not on this page — that way the amount, the delivery cost and the reference always match your actual order.

Ways to pay

Bank transfer — the details and the reference to quote are on the invoice we send you. Please always include that reference, it is how we match your payment to your order.

Gift card / voucher — a De Grénge Léiw gift card works across the whole catalogue: grow equipment, seeds, CBD oils. Available in store, by phone or by e-mail.

In store — pay on collection, or simply come and buy directly at the shop. Card and cash both accepted on site.

Delivery

We do not publish a fixed shipping rate, because it depends on what you order and where you are. Once your order is in, we look at both and tell you the best option — our own van for bulkier equipment in and around Luxembourg, or a parcel. Everything leaving Luxembourg is sent by post. You can also simply collect your order at the shop.

The exact delivery cost and the expected timing are confirmed with you before anything is due — both appear on your invoice.

Le paiement par carte est momentanément indisponible sur le site — nous traitons donc chaque commande personnellement. Vous commandez, nous confirmons, et nous vous envoyons une facture complète. Rien n'est débité automatiquement, et rien n'est dû avant que vous ayez la facture.

Comment ça se passe

Vous passez commande sur le site, par téléphone ou par e-mail. Aucun paiement n'est pris à ce moment.

Nous confirmons — disponibilité, meilleur mode d'acheminement, et tout point à préciser — puis nous revenons vers vous.

Nous vous envoyons la facture : le montant total, les frais de livraison, nos coordonnées bancaires et votre référence de commande. Tout ce qu'il faut pour payer, dans un seul document.

Vous payez par virement, par bon cadeau, ou en magasin — comme vous préférez.

Nous préparons et expédions dès réception du paiement, ou nous fixons une date de retrait.

Nos coordonnées bancaires figurent sur votre facture, pas sur cette page — ainsi le montant, les frais de livraison et la référence correspondent toujours à votre commande réelle.

Moyens de paiement

Virement bancaire — les coordonnées et la référence à indiquer sont sur la facture. Merci de toujours reprendre cette référence : c'est ce qui nous permet de rattacher votre paiement à votre commande.

Bon cadeau — valable sur tout le catalogue : matériel de culture, graines, huiles CBD. Disponible en magasin, par téléphone ou par e-mail.

En magasin — payez au retrait, ou venez acheter directement à la boutique. Carte et espèces acceptées sur place.

Livraison

Nous n'affichons pas de tarif fixe : cela dépend de ce que vous commandez et d'où vous êtes. Une fois la commande passée, nous regardons les deux et nous vous indiquons la meilleure solution — notre camionnette pour le matériel encombrant au Luxembourg et aux alentours, ou un colis. Tout ce qui sort du Luxembourg part par la poste. Vous pouvez aussi simplement retirer votre commande en magasin.

Le coût exact et le délai vous sont confirmés avant que quoi que ce soit ne soit dû — les deux figurent sur votre facture.

Sie zahlen per Überweisung, mit Gutschein oder im Laden.

Wir versenden, sobald die Zahlung eingegangen ist, oder vereinbaren einen Abholtermin.

Unsere Bankdaten stehen auf Ihrer Rechnung, nicht auf dieser Seite — so stimmen Betrag, Lieferkosten und Referenz immer mit Ihrer Bestellung überein.

Lieferung

Wir veröffentlichen keinen festen Versandtarif — er hängt davon ab, was Sie bestellen und wo Sie wohnen. Nach Eingang Ihrer Bestellung prüfen wir beides und nennen Ihnen die beste Lösung: unser eigener Transporter für sperrige Ausrüstung in und um Luxemburg, oder ein Paket. Alles, was Luxemburg verlässt, wird per Post versandt. Sie können Ihre Bestellung auch einfach im Laden abholen.

Die genauen Kosten und der Zeitrahmen werden Ihnen bestätigt, bevor etwas fällig wird — beides steht auf Ihrer Rechnung.
