De Grénge Léiw is based in Luxembourg, which has specific legislation on cannabis that differs from most other European countries. Since 21 July 2023, Luxembourg law (loi du 10 juillet 2023) permits adults (18+) to grow up to four cannabis plants per household, grown from seed, at their home or habitual residence, provided the plants are not visible from public space. Personal consumption in the private sphere is likewise permitted for adults. Possession, consumption, transport, and purchase of cannabis in public spaces remain prohibited, as does the sale of cannabis itself.

This legal framework concerns cultivation in general under Luxembourg law — it does not mean the specific seeds sold on this website are marketed, labelled, or guaranteed by us as suitable or compliant for that purpose. We sell them exclusively as collector's items / souvenirs, and any decision to cultivate is made entirely at the buyer's own risk and responsibility, in compliance with all applicable legal requirements in their jurisdiction.
